Picnic Roast 不见天 (小肉)

Picnic Roast is the bottom meat of the ribs, which is the meat obtained after deboning between the pig's hand and the pig's shoulder. Because it is often not in contact with the sun, it is named "bu jian tian".

不见天为肋底肉，是猪手与猪肩之间去骨后所得的肉块。由于经常不与阳光接触，所以得名「不见天」。
