1. How long does it take to process an order?

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 days in the late afternoon / early evening (excluding Monday). You will receive an order confirmation from WhatsApp. If you do not receive a message, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation. 

We will keep you informed about the status of your order throughout the whole process and where a delay is anticipated, we will always contact you to keep you informed. 

2. FREE delivery on orders $99 and above.

3. Please note that due to the perishable nature of these products, we ask our customers to pay particular attention to courier delivery notifications. If the courier is unable to deliver the parcel due to the customer not being at home during the advised time slot, the liability for loss of goods lies with the customer. FNF DELIVERY cannot be held responsible and no claim can be made against FNF DELIVERY.
